2011 Supply Chain Organizational Design Benchmarking Project
The Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP), International union of Professional Development Institutions (IuPDI), and A.T. Kearney are partnering with faculty from Michigan State University, Texas Christian University, and Aalto University (Finland) to study and benchmark world class supply chain organizational structures. We invite you to join us in this benchmarking opportunity. Our focus is to understand how supply chain organizations can quickly and effectively adapt to changing global conditions. We are conducting this benchmarking project to identify existing and emerging organizational forms that enable firms to manage their global supply chains in ways that meet various strategic objectives.
